Support 1028 Market Street!
THE HALL: OUR PHILOSOPHY IN PRACTICE
The development team created the Hall as an interim use activation of 1028 Market Street. The Hall opened in October 2014 to bring new energy to the site while the development team undertook the entitlement of the larger mixed-use residential and retail project. The Hall features six local food vendors and a bar within a 4,000 square foot space. It maintains a robust neighborhood calendar and community engagement program including live music, art exhibits, and non-profit fundraisers. It hosts local nonprofits monthly to raise awareness as well as funds to support the community. Through its community engagement program, the Hall has contributed $150,000 in direct and in-kind donations to over 50 nonprofits.
